REGISTRATION PROCESS

STEP 1 - Request Release from Unit

Speak with your unit/ship Commander (or civilian employer if you are a Reservist) to see if you can be released in August in order to participate in an ADF pilgrimage. If you require endorsement, contact your nearest ADF Catholic Chaplain. Contact details for chaplains can be found at http://www.military.catholic.org.au.

It is recommended that you attached DEFGRAM 302/2011 signed by VCDF to support your request.

You will also need to request an Overseas Travel Clearance through your Unit Security Officer. A Joining Instruction will be sent to all registered members closer to the departure date.

STEP 2 - Registration Form

Choose the pilgrimage you wish to participate in.

Download the ADF Pilgrimage Registration Form.

Print, complete and return the form to GuidePost Tours, PO Box 62, Gerringong NSW 2534 or fax 02 42342192. An AUD$600 deposit is required by GuidePost tours upon registration - payment details are on the Registration Form.

 

Places are limited and will be offered to ADF pilgrims on a 'first-come-first-serve' basis. Deposits are to be paid upon registration to secure your place.

Closing Date for Registration is Friday 10 June 2011
